The CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support is a nationally recognised qualification designed for experienced
support workers seeking to advance their skills and take on greater responsibility in aged care settings.
This course prepares you to deliver specialised, person-centred support to older people with complex needs while
working autonomously and, where required, providing leadership within a team. Training and assessment are
delivered in accordance with the 2025 Standards for Registered Training Organisations and the requirements of the
Community Services Training Package.
