Am I eligible for admission?

Entry requirements vary by course. Generally you must be over 18, have completed Australian Year 12 (or an overseas/AQF equivalent) where required, have sound language, literacy and numeracy skills, and hold (or obtain) a Unique Student Identifier (USI). Check the relevant course page or contact us for a LLN test.

Do I need a Unique Student Identifier (USI)?

Yes. If you're studying nationally recognised training in Australia you must have a USI. It's free and quick to create, or we can create one on your behalf with some additional identification during enrolment.

When can I start? What are the intake dates?

We run multiple intakes through the year. For 2026: Term 1 (12 January / 16 February), Term 2 (13 April / 11 May), Term 3 (13 July / 17 August), Term 4 (12 October / 16 November). Contact us to confirm the next start date for your course.

How is training delivered?

Delivery depends on the qualification — courses are offered classroom, online or workplace based. Community & Health qualifications include classroom learning plus mandatory work placement (120 hours).

Will my qualification be recognised?

Yes. Qualifications and Statements of Attainment issued by Australian Prime Institute (RTO 46023) are nationally recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and recognised by RTOs across Australia.

What student support is available?

We provide vocational counselling, personal counselling, and language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) support. Students needing LLN assistance are identified during enrolment and can speak confidentially with their trainer.
